JekQuest - Small update

I adjusted the stats of a few enemies to make them a bit beefier along with creating some more special attacks to make each party member feel a bit more unique. I also made the final fight substantially longer & changed the AI a little bit towards the final phase for additional difficulty. Due to these changes if any bugs occur please feel free to let me know.
